YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RETURN ORDERS
All custom and bespoke projects constructed by
are custom designs and are treated as such under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that "the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts - (c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly". Consequently, orders for custom and bespoke latex clothing may not be cancelled once payment has been made.
Ready made items are fully subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. All ready made latex clothing items have a seven day cooling off period. The cooling off period allows ready made items to be returned for any reason. The cooling off period begins on the day after they are received by the customer. All ready made items returned during this period must be in their original condition. The customer is responsible for postage fees to return the item/s, and for any costs incurred by
to fulfil the order. These costs includes payment processing charges and postage charges, where those charges exceed the original postage fee. All UK orders returned during the cooling off period are subject to this condition. Postage charges are as stated on the original packaging. Details of payment processing charges can be obtained by emailing us using the contact form on this web site.
MANUFACTURING FAULTS
In the event of a manufacturing fault, contact
using the contact form on this web site. Please note that torn latex is not a manufacturing fault. Natural latex rubber has poor tear resistance as a consequence of its high stretch property. Therefore, traumatic failure of latex clothing is a natural consequence of latex under tension.
If a manufacturing fault occurs,
will pay postage charges for the return of the item. The item will be repaired and then returned.
LATEX CLOTHING
accepts no responsibility for any problems resulting from the manufacture of latex clothing to the specifications provided by the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all persons coming into contact with latex products do not suffer from latex allergy and that appropriate action is taken if any allergic reactions occurs or is suspected of occurring. The Client is fully responsible for the design of all latex clothing manufactured by
. We will accept no responsibility for claims relating to the ownership of any projects completed by us. We will accept no responsibility for claims resulting from poor design.
GENERAL
is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction for any claims arising in respect of any
project shall lie exclusively with the courts of England. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
reserves the right to update our terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this web site and it will be the Client's responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of these changes.
